So its started, if you go to the GW site right now Dark Angels are not listed as an 40k Army. They tend to only do this just when they are about to release a new book

Just checked and they were still there under the Space Marine's section listed just below the Black Templars like they've been for awhile now. They haven't had their own heading as an army for some time. Hopefully, that will change when their new stuff comes out.
